LEADERSHIPKelley is a food allergy mom, managing multiple food allergies for the family, and serves on FAAM's Board of Directors. She and her husband have a passion for learning to live well with food allergies and sharing that information with others to support their journeys. Kelley has professional experience in counseling in both community and school settings and as an adjunct professor at The University of Memphis in the Department of Counseling, Educational Psychology and Research. Heidi is a food allergy parent and serves on FAAM's Board of Directors. Dr. Jay Lieberman, a Memphis native, returned home after his education to work at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, where he is an Assistant Professor. Dr. Lieberman’s interests are mainly in the fields of food allergy and eosinophilic esophagitis. In his short time at UTHSC, he has established a food allergy clinic, a multi-disciplinary eosinophilic gastrointestinal disease clinic, and was awarded the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology Young Investigators award. Dr. Lieberman serves as an associate editor for the Annals of Allergy Asthma and Immunology and as a member of FAAM's Board of Directors. Blair is a master’s level Registered Dietitian and owner of the Memphis Nutrition Group in Memphis, TN. As the mother of a child with multiple food allergies, Blair understands the challenges of serving safe foods in and outside the home, and she has an expansive knowledge of nutrition sciences, practical cooking, and sustainable health. Blair uses her personal and professional experience to counsel and support individuals and families on maintaining a balanced diet and optimal health while avoiding allergens. |
